At this point, you have cleared the Syndicate Apartments, so head back into the Garden and up the ramp to your right, until you reach Syndicate HQ. The major takeaway here is access to Witness's phone, which can be taken to the comm tower to verify his location at the time of the murder. Clicking on each of the magnifying glasses on the screen will offer information on Witness's apartment.
Choosing to do so will open an investigation vision engine via Starlight, similar to the one used to examine K.HX's body. Next to the Blood Crystal, you will find a door that prompts the "Examine" option. Grab the items and optionally speak to Witness. This is a small balcony, wherein you can find two Relics and a Blood Crystal, as well as the location of the Witness to the End. This will take you to the next higher level of the Syndicate Apartments. Upon solving this, use the elevator in front of you. Once this has been unlocked, you will be able to see that Carmelina and Witness appeared to be in the Syndicate Apartments at the time of the murder. To access the entrance/exit logs from the night of the murder, you will need to solve the Nightmare Computer to your right, the solution to which can be found in the Nightmare Computer section of this wiki. Face the save point, and head forward into the brightly lit elevator in front of you. Cross the de facto bridge connecting the two buildings to find a rooftop cabinet with Blood Crystal inside it.Īs this is the last item that can be picked up in the area, drop down and return to the central courtyard. Take the second ladder up until you reach the top of the building, then turn right. Along the back, you will find an enclosed hall with a relic, as well as a ladder. Upon exiting the alcove, turn right and look at the perimeter of this apartment block. Head forward from the save point, on the opposite side of the courtyard from the Garden entrance, and into a small fern-covered alcove between two buildings to grab a Blood Crystal.
Heading along the path next to the building will result in a dead end, and going up the stairs to the top of the building will reveal a painting of Crimson Acid by Lydia outside of that, there are no collectibles or interactables up here, so return to the courtyard in the center of the apartments. Sticking to the ground floor, past the staircase, will lead to a path to your right that will return you to the sculpture park near the Citizen Apartments. Just beyond the Buddha statue, you will find a Relic behind a column. From the Garden-side entrance to the Syndicate Apartments, turn right and follow the fence around the perimeter of the area.
